Our Program – Peanut Allergen Control

Classic Fine Foods is pleased to offer products that are produced in a Peanut-Free Facility. As part of this comprehensive program, all ingredients are traced back to source and are cleared prior to being used in the facility. The Company has complete allergen statistics for all suppliers. Any ingredient received outside of pre-approved suppliers is immediately quarantined until cleared for use or onsite peanut protein testing is carried out. Classic has the ability to test raw ingredients onsite with immediate results. The manufacturing plant is a completely nut-free facility and has stringent rules in place to ensure there are no nuts within the manufacturing plant; however, it is important to note that protein tests are not conducted on site for any nuts other than peanuts.
